How long does a Love Letter Film take to film and record?

   Typically a film session takes 2 hours, and a recording session takes 2 hours. 4 hours total of your time.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

   Clients may reschedule once without penalty, provided at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled filming time. If a client needs to reschedule within less than 24 hours, a fee will be added to the total cost of the project. If Client cancels the project for any reason, the thirty percent (30%) retainer is forfeited. No additional cancellation fee will apply. All payments are non-refundable.
